Based out of Colombus, Ohio, Huntington Bancshares is one of the largest banks in the United States. From March 2021 to March 2022, it generated revenue amounting to somewhere around $6.08 billion.
Huntington Bancshares has more than 1,000 branches spread over 11 states and provides commercial, small business, and consumer banking services.
And as is the case with the majority of banks, it allows users to make use of their services via their website and the mobile app.
However, according to recent reports from those banking with Huntington Bancshares bank, the website and app are down and not working at the moment (1,2,3,4,5).
Some initially thought it was a problem on their end and tried resetting their internet connection, clearing browser cache, and deleting cookies but nothing seems to help.
Many are expressing their frustration on social media platforms like Twitter. And here are some reports from Huntington Bancshares users for whom the website and app are down and not working.
Thankfully, Huntington Bancshares bank support shed some light on the problem and said they are aware of the issues with online and mobile banking and customer service lines.
Unfortunately, there is no timeframe of when the problem will be resolved.
