In the last few hours, many Hulu users have been facing problems that affect some features of the streaming service and limit its functionality.
More specifically, according to multiple reports, ‘My Stuff’ and ‘Continue watching’ on Hulu are not working properly, since all the items it should show are disappearing.
‘My Stuff’ and ‘Continue watching’ content disappearing
The issue reportedly started just a few hours ago. Apparently, all of a sudden, all the content of the ‘My Stuff’ and ‘Continue watching’ sections disappeared completely without any reason for some users.
‘My Stuff’ is a hub where all the content of interest to the user is grouped (shows, movies, channels, etc). Meanwhile, ‘Continue watching’ is a feature that lets you resume a show from where you left it.
Finished an episode and returned to Home Screen to change shows. All shows had season 1 episode 1 as next show. Exited app and re-opened to find Continue Watching missing, and under My Stuff, nothing was listed (except DVR recordings). Checked app on other devices and all are in the same situation. Please advise what happened and how to fix. Source
Watched Hulu last night, no issues. Turned it on today and My Stuff as well as Continue Watching has disappeared. Everything is set to how a brand-new account is, despite this one being a handful of years old with a decent My Stuff list. Not sure what is going on; anyone else with this issue or know how to fix it? Source
No official word from Hulu at the moment
Although all the content of both sections disappeared, if you look for an added show or channel manually, it appears with a ‘check’ that indicates that it is already in the list.
At the moment, there is no official statement from the Hulu team in this regard. So, affected users will have to wait a little longer to see how the issue unfolds.
Finally, we will update this article if there is any communication with the new pertinent information. Also, you may as well check out the bugs/issues tracker dedicated to Hulu.
