Hulu and other streaming platforms have saved most of us from losing our minds during the ongoing pandemic thanks to the vast selection of content that’s available to watch.

We’ve shared some reports from disgruntled users for reference below:

Reports of the issue started coming in a few weeks ago and Hulu support did acknowledge the problem by claiming that they’ve received similar reports and are working to resolve it.

The most recent update from Hulu support suggests that the problem might be fixed soon since the company is now tackling it with “high priority”.

Now that a fix for the issue is being worked on with high priority, users can find some solace in knowing that the annoying bug will get squashed soon. Hopefully!

Update 1 (May 13)

01:56 pm (IST): After terming it as a high priority issue, Hulu support now says there’s no ETA for when the issue will be fixed:

Update 2 (June 17)

The relevant Hulu team is still working on resolving the said issue with high priority, as per Hulu Support. However, it seems that the high priority tag and losing customers mean little to the service provider.

Update 3 (August 19)

11:20 am (IST): In response to one of the affected users, Hulu Support on Twitter goes to acknowledge this issue, noting that the team is actively investigating.
