Yes, Facebook does provide the Save video option. However, it only saves the video to a section in your FB account online, which you can’t access from your local storage. And Facebook does not yet provide an option to download the video content being streamed online. But hey, don’t they say that nothing is impossible in this world?

To tell you, both the methods provided below are applicable on a mobile, PC and tablet as well.

Using Your Web Browser

Step 1: Open Facebook from your web browser on your mobile, PC or tablet.

Step 2: Click on the video that you want to download, then click on the 3 dots in its top-right corner and select the Copy link option.

Using The Video Downloader PLUS Chrome Extension

Want to know an even quicker way? FDOWN.net provides its own chrome extension, Video Downloader PLUS, which you can use in case you have multiple videos to download. It puts a download button right on the video so that you can quickly download any video you want on Facebook. However, the only catch is that the video should be downloadable.

In this way, you can easily download Facebook videos on any device, be it a mobile, PC or tablet. If there is any other way to do the same that you know of, do let us know in the comments section below.
