Many HBO Max users are again reporting App crashes when watching Season 2 of Euphoria. On the lighter side, it supports HBO Max Twitter has already confirmed this issue and said they are working to fix it as soon as possible.

Update 3 (February 28)

It seems that many HBO Max subscribers are having an issue with the service because the servers went down just as the Euphoria season finale was cancelled.

The app was down for the first 15 minutes of Euphoria.

Update 4 (22 Aug)

Now, many HBO Max users are having trouble while trying to watch Episode 1 of House of the Dragon, the new Game of Thrones spin-off series.

According to several reports (1, 2, 3), the HBO Max app crashes when users try to load the episode. Luckily the HBO Max team is already aware of the problem and they recommend closing and restarting the app.

HBO Max Support has confirmed that the recent issue with their app on the Fire TV Stick has been resolved and users can now watch House of the Dragon.
