New updates are being added at the bottom of this story…….
Original story (published on October 23, 2021) follows:
If you are into multiplayer tactical shooting video games, you must have heard of Hell Let Loose. Developed by Black Matter and published by Team17, the game places players on the Eastern and Western Fronts of World War 2.
It is built using Unreal Engine 4 and was released in July of 2021 on Windows. The game is available on Steam and features a dynamic front line that shifts constantly with the battlefield divided into large sectors.
The game is praised for its tactical approach combined with realistic maps. It also features unit-only and proximity-based voice chats that take the gameplay to the next level.
Hell Let Loose started out as a Kickstarter project and successfully raised $220,000. It frequently receives content updates with the developers fixing any potential bugs. However, glitches do get through unnoticed sometimes.
Having said that, Hell Let Loose players are now reporting that they are having issues joining other squads in case they join one that is already full.
To fix the issue, players say they have to restart the game. This is really frustrating since squads often get full when trying to join.
Fortunately, Hell Let Loose developers seem to be aware of the squad joining bug and said that they are currently looking into it. However, the issue seems to be affecting only console players as of now.
We hope the developers find out the root cause of the issue as soon as possible. When Black Matter fixes the Hell Let Loose squad joining issue, we will update this space so make sure you keep an eye out.
Update 1 (October 23)
05:03 pm (IST): Team17 has deployed Patch 1 for consoles, however, there’s no clear indication that the issue where players are getting the ‘unit is full’ message has been addressed.
