Halo Infinite has been available for a few days. However, players have already found some areas in which it needs to improve.
Now, some Halo Infinite players are reporting issues with a Monster Energy Drink promotion. Basically, they are not being able to claim the rewards.
Some can’t redeem Monster Energy promotion rewards on Halo Infinite
Last year, Monster Energy Drink launched a promo in collaboration with Halo Infinite. Through this, players could claim weapons, skins, and others once the game was available (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).
But, according to multiple reports, some Halo Infinite players cannot claim all of their Monster Energy Drink rewards. The issue is that the items do not appear in their redeemed code list (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8).
While some players have been able to claim some items, others do not find any available on their list.
This would be the possible reason for the problem
Some affected users report that the problem is caused by a bug in the redeemed code list. However, actually all the claimed items are reportedly listed, but they are not shown.
They only retrieve the first 25 items, but they don’t have a pagination set up to be able to retrieve subsequent groups of 25 items. (frontend issue) They order the dates by Month first, then Day (if the months are the same), then Year (if month and day are the same). Normally, you’d want to order by Year, then Month, then Day. How to solve the Collection Conqueror code not showing up issue
‘Collection Conqueror’ is a special code that is listed in the player’s redeemed code list. This is claimed automatically by the game, without the user having to do anything.
The code is obtained after completing all Legendary Campaigns in Halo: Master Chief Collection (a compilation of the franchise). When Halo Infinite checks that, it will give the player a Mark VI nameplate.
However, some players report that, having met all the requirements, they do not receive the Collection Conqueror code. But, @HaloSupport shared on Twitter what you must do to claim the code:
There is still no official statement from the developers about the Monster Energy Drink promotion bug. If there is any new development in this regard, we will update this article, so stay tuned.
