Halo Infinite is the latest title in the long-running Halo franchise. Developed by 343 Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios, the FPS shooter puts players in the shows of the human super-soldier Master Chief.
In this installment, Master Chief fights against the Banished on the Forerunner ringworld Zeta Halo. Players have praised the game for its story, visuals, open-world gameplay, and grapple shot mechanics.
However, players have reported several bugs and glitches such as the memory leak issue and the Scorpion Tank gun glitch in LASO.
And now, many Halo Infinite players are asking (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10) developers to work on a feature or way that lets them earn in-game credits for free.
Players say they are unable to buy any cosmetic items or anything else from the in-game store even though they have bought the Battle Pass.
It is interesting to note that almost all multiplayer games such as Fortnite and Call of Duty incentivizes players by letting them earn credits in some way or another.
Thankfully, Jerry Hook, the Head of Design at 343 Studios has commented on the matter, hinting at the possibility that the developers might come up with a way to let players earn in-game credits.
We hope Halo Infinite developers let players earn in-game credits for free in a future update. In the meantime, do let us know what you think in the comments down below.
Update 1 (January 22)
12:05 pm (IST): Based on players’ feedback, the head of design at 343 (Jerry Hook) said that Credits can now be earned in the game rather than being purchased. This will be possible from Halo Infinite’s Season 2 Battle Pass.
