Halo Infinite is the latest installment in the iconic video game saga. It has been available to all players since December 2021. It is also included with the Xbox Gamepass service.

Being such a new game, there are still some elements and mechanics that need to be adjusted through updates. Its players have taken it upon themselves to report several of these aspects in the past (1, 2, 3).

Having said the above, the game also tends to receive new content constantly. On this month (January), Halo Infinite challenged players with the Cyber Showdown Spartans event.

The Cyber Showdown update for Halo Infinite also brought new customization items, such as a holographic visor. But, it seems that these items need visual adjustments.

Halo Infinite Cyber Showdown visor alignment issue

According to multiple reports, there is an alignment issue in the Cyber Showdown holographic viewer. Apparently, the item is not well centered on the character’s head (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11).

Halo team is aware, but not a priority

Having said the above, Halo team is already aware of player complaints. A Community Manager from the company confirms that, while also revealing that the issue is not a current priority for developers.

So, the fix to the Halo Infinite Cyber Showdown visor alignment issue won’t be coming any time soon. In fact, it looks like it will be included in the Season 2 update (coming in May).

This means that players will have to wait months for the fix. On the positive side, it is not something that affects the gameplay, and for some it may even go unnoticed.
